Winnipesaukee

Checked out Lake Winnipesaukee this morning. 12-16” of ice with rough surface. Very few hazards ie fish holes and slush under the snowy areas. Worth an investigative sail if anyone wants a last hurrah. Some light snow predicted for tonight

   Sunapee today. Ice surface looks the same as Winni but we got in 4 hours of decent sailing. No hazards seen no slush Dave Bjorklund

   Large areas of 3” deep slush water in the area of Bear island on Winnipesaukee as of 4 days ago. Ice boating would have been impossible then.
