Fair Winds To Jane Pegel

We are sad to hear of Jane Pegel’s passing….

To say she was a major player in the DN class is a massive understatement. She was a keen competitor, compiling a set of lifetime results that anyone would envy. On top of that she did a ton of work behind the scenes to develop and maintain the standards that we enjoy in the DN class.

I was lucky to get involved in racing DNs in time to compete against her a few times before she retired. Of course she beat me!
